Your totally right in saying that learning a POWERFUL yet Simple (as most things in Unix are) editor like vi would go a long way in increasing your productivity, but I guess I conveniently skipped it cuz in the project I work in we are forced to use a editor thats been built &quot;into&quot; the environment. And the thing with vi is that if you want to get the real power, we need to know a lot of commands, which would be ingrained in us only if we use it regularly.</description>
