i dont have any experience in vlsi field but i have persuaded a professional training from cdac pune in vlsi. so now what exactly are my chances if i have no experience. or specifically what should i do to get in to this field.

Hi,
Digital is something you should be thorough with.
Basics of VLSI is good to know.
If you can learn VHDL or verilog and some scripting language like perl/shell it would also be good.
Then its good to be generally good with electronics so that you can pick up on the latest developments. you can never say when they will be useful.

@ Anurag,
I think that thats a question you should put forward to the company, since its largely dependent on the business requirements. Also I work for MindTree not Wipro! and yes Wipro and involved in most of the above mentioned work I believe
