Clock buffer vs Ord Buffer

OK….I just caught this at a news group….with this adsense thing and all I feel like posting more and more :P i guess it will take 2-3 days for this wear out ;)
Ok…what the difference between a clock buffer and a ordinary buffer?
Clock buffers are generally designed so as to give 50% duty cycle hence equal rise time and fall time…where as ordinary buffers are not
Also power is a important consideration since 40% of power of a chip can be lost in its clock tree network.
